This special event features member firm Greyling Insurance Brokerage performing mock negotiations with attendee participation encouraged.  The presentation will include the following learning objectives:

• Standard of Care: understand the design professional’s proper standard of care
• Indemnification: what should your firm agree to
• Laws/Codes: how to respond when you are asked to comply with all laws and codes
• Insurance: recognize what is and is not insurable in a typical contract
