It is very important that each team have someone present at this meeting.  If you are unable to attend, you must find another team member attend.

We will be distributing the Kroger Gift Cards with the team seed money at the kick-off meeting.  The teams who registered by the early bird deadline will receive $350 seed money and the teams who registered by the regular deadline will receive $300 to get them started!

We will be reviewing all the Rules & Regulations for the event and answering any questions you might have.  You will receive all important and required deadlines for this event.

Load-in for each team’s canned goods must occur on the same day as build-out this year.  Fortunately, Lasership has generously offered to assist teams with this task this year by picking up the cans from each team’s office and delivering them directly to Colony Square.  Lasership will not be able to accommodate all 12 teams, however, so we will be holding a drawing to select the lucky teams that will get to take advantage of this tremendous offer.  Only those teams who are present will be entered into the drawing for a chance to win free delivery on November 4.
